How are organizations, communities and programs connected?

Create an organization workspace, arrange Partner access, then create its communities. Each new program or event belongs to a community in that organization. Community membership is an individual participation plan; it does not grant permission to create a community. Existing records remain available.

Can I participate without a paid membership?

Registered attendees can access their assigned programs, activities and existing learning records without purchasing Community membership. This does not unlock Community benefits outside those experiences.

How do Partner allowances work?

Partner creation allowances are shared across the organization workspace, not multiplied by the number of team members. Paid and complimentary allowances are configured separately. Exact published limits are being finalized; online Partner purchase remains unavailable until they are confirmed. Learning and existing learning records are not commercially metered.

Do roles automatically include a subscription?

No. Attendee, Speaker, Expert and Trainer describe responsibilities. Paid, promotional or explicitly approved complimentary access determines plan benefits.

What is AISFY?

AISFY connects learning experiences, takeaways, skills, assessments, progress and opportunities into a continuous journey from learning to practical capability.

How is this different from attending a course or event?

Your learning does not have to end when a program finishes. Capture what you learn, connect experiences in your Learning Map and build a continuous record of your development.

What is the Learning Map?

Your Learning Map connects the learning experiences, takeaways, skills and progress you build across programs and activities. It gives you a continuous view of your development.

Which plan should I start with?

Start with Community to learn and build capability. Choose Collaboration Hub when you want to connect your capabilities with people and opportunities. Choose AI Enablement Partner to create learning experiences for others.

Can I upgrade later?

Yes. Choose the next plan when your needs evolve. You will review the available upgrade and its billing terms before confirming a change. Partner access belongs to an organization workspace; it is not an automatic upgrade of your individual account.

Does Collaboration Hub guarantee projects or paid work?

No. AISFY facilitates discovery and connection. Participation does not guarantee projects, employment, leads or commercial outcomes. Opportunities may include projects, POCs, programs and requests for expertise.

Who is an AI Enablement Partner?

Organizations and providers that create communities, programs, events and learning experiences through AISFY. Partner status represents participation, not accreditation or endorsement. Visibility applies to eligible ecosystem experiences.
